Synopsis Issued at 4:00 PM, 19 November 2019 At 3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (19.3 °N, 122.4 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the eye and gustiness of up to 165 km/h. It remains almost stationary. Furthermore, at 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "SARAH" was estimated based on all available data at 630 km East Northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (13.1 °N, 131.0 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h.
